How to Whitelist Lancaster Investing

Here’s a detailed guide on how to whitelist our emails for some of the most popular email providers:

AOL Mail

  1. Log into AOL Mail.
  2. Open “Contacts” from the left navigation pane.
  3. Click the “New Contact” icon and add the email address.
  4. Click the “Add Contact” button.

Apple Mail

  1. Log in to your Apple Mail account.
  2. Go to “Mail” in the menu bar.
  3. Select “Preferences.”
  4. Click on the “Rules” tab, then click “Add Rule.”
  5. Set the condition as “From” and enter the email address you wish to whitelist.
  6. Under “Perform the following actions,” choose “Move to Inbox.”
  7. Click “OK” to save the rule.

AT&T/BellSouth Web Email

  1. Open your mailbox 
  2. Select “Options” in the top right-hand side. 
  3. Select Mail Options > Filters > Add Filter.
  4. In the top row, labeled “From Header,” select “Contains” from the pull-down menu.
  5. Enter the address in the text box next to the pull-down menu. 
  6. Select “Inbox” from the drop-down menu. 
  7. Select the “Add Filter” button once again.

Comcast/Xfinity Email

  1. Sign in to Xfinity Email. 
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner. 
  3. Click Email Settings. 
  4. Select “Advanced Settings” under Mail in the left menu. 
  5. Check the box next to “Use email safe list.”
  6. Enter the email address.
  7. Click “Add.” 

Cox.net Email

  1. Open Cox.net Email
  2. Click "Preferences."
  3. Under General Email Preferences, click Blocked Senders.
  4. Type in the sender or domain you wish to allow in the Exceptions List.
  5. Click “Add.”
  6. Click “Save.”

Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner
  3. Select “See all settings.”
  4. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the email
  5. Scroll down and click on “Create a new filter.”
  6. Enter the email address or the domain you want to whitelist in the “From”
  7. Click “Create filter” at the bottom right.
  8. Check the box for “Never send it to Spam”
  9. Click “Create filter” again to save.

EarthLink

  1. Open the Address Book.
  2. Click “Add.”
  3. Enter your contact's domain.
  4. Click “Save.”

Outlook

  1. Log into your Outlook Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select “View all Outlook Settings.”
  4. Under the “Email” section, click on “Junk email.”
  5. Under Senders > Safe senders and domains, click on “+ Add safe sender”:
  6. Enter the email address or domain you want to whitelist, then click “OK.”
  7. Click “Save.”

Yahoo Mail

  1. Log into your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right.
  3. Select “More Settings.”
  4. On the left-hand menu, click “Filters.”
  5. Click “Add new filters”.
  6. Enter the email address or domain in the “From”
  7. Set the folder to “Inbox” to make certain these emails go to your main email inbox.
  8. Click “Save” to confirm your filter.

Windows 365 Desktop

  1. Open the Windows Outlook 365 app.
  2. Navigate to “Tools” and then select “Rules.”
  3. Click on “New Rule.”
  4. Name your rule “Whitelist.”
  5. Select “From” and enter the email address.
  6. Then, select “Move to” from the dropdown menu and select “Inbox” from the next dropdown menu.
  7. Click “Save” to save your settings.

Other Email Clients

If you’re using a different email provider, look for similar options to add our email address to your contacts or mark it as “not spam.”
