How to Whitelist Lancaster Investing

Here’s a detailed guide on how to whitelist our emails for some of the most popular email providers:
AOL Mail
- Log into AOL Mail.
- Open “Contacts” from the left navigation pane.
- Click the “New Contact” icon and add the email address.
- Click the “Add Contact” button.
Apple Mail
- Log in to your Apple Mail account.
- Go to “Mail” in the menu bar.
- Select “Preferences.”
- Click on the “Rules” tab, then click “Add Rule.”
- Set the condition as “From” and enter the email address you wish to whitelist.
- Under “Perform the following actions,” choose “Move to Inbox.”
- Click “OK” to save the rule.
AT&T/BellSouth Web Email
- Open your mailbox
- Select “Options” in the top right-hand side.
- Select Mail Options > Filters > Add Filter.
- In the top row, labeled “From Header,” select “Contains” from the pull-down menu.
- Enter the address in the text box next to the pull-down menu.
- Select “Inbox” from the drop-down menu.
- Select the “Add Filter” button once again.
Comcast/Xfinity Email
- Sign in to Xfinity Email.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Click Email Settings.
- Select “Advanced Settings” under Mail in the left menu.
- Check the box next to “Use email safe list.”
- Enter the email address.
- Click “Add.”
Cox.net Email
- Open Cox.net Email
- Click "Preferences."
- Under General Email Preferences, click Blocked Senders.
- Type in the sender or domain you wish to allow in the Exceptions List.
- Click “Add.”
- Click “Save.”
Gmail
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner
- Select “See all settings.”
- Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the email
- Scroll down and click on “Create a new filter.”
- Enter the email address or the domain you want to whitelist in the “From”
- Click “Create filter” at the bottom right.
- Check the box for “Never send it to Spam”
- Click “Create filter” again to save.
EarthLink
- Open the Address Book.
- Click “Add.”
- Enter your contact's domain.
- Click “Save.”
Outlook
- Log into your Outlook Mail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select “View all Outlook Settings.”
- Under the “Email” section, click on “Junk email.”
- Under Senders > Safe senders and domains, click on “+ Add safe sender”:
- Enter the email address or domain you want to whitelist, then click “OK.”
- Click “Save.”
Yahoo Mail
- Log into your Yahoo Mail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right.
- Select “More Settings.”
- On the left-hand menu, click “Filters.”
- Click “Add new filters”.
- Enter the email address or domain in the “From”
- Set the folder to “Inbox” to make certain these emails go to your main email inbox.
- Click “Save” to confirm your filter.
Windows 365 Desktop
- Open the Windows Outlook 365 app.
- Navigate to “Tools” and then select “Rules.”
- Click on “New Rule.”
- Name your rule “Whitelist.”
- Select “From” and enter the email address.
- Then, select “Move to” from the dropdown menu and select “Inbox” from the next dropdown menu.
- Click “Save” to save your settings.
Other Email Clients
If you’re using a different email provider, look for similar options to add our email address to your contacts or mark it as “not spam.”
